Entocycle and EnviroFlight partner to develop black soldier fly breeding technology

Friday 19th January, 2024 – Entocycle, the UK’s leading insect technology company, announced today a collaboration with EnviroFlight, the largest producer of insect-based ingredients for animal and plant nutrition in North America, to develop and trial the Entosight Neo, Entocycle’s black soldier fly (BSF) breeding technology solution for neonate counting and dosing.
In October 2023, the companies signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to deploy the Entosight® Neo at EnviroFlight’s Innovation Center in Apex, North Carolina. The deployment and trial began in November 2023.
